Despite a softening market in this segment, there was a consistent stream of showings which ultimately led to a satisfactory offer. They were always available to address concerns and maintained their focus on the desired result. The offer negotiations were very well handled, leading to a successful conclusion.

In cases where a property sells quickly for asking price or above, there can be a tendency to question the need for a broker and the size of the fees. Misguided, in my opinion, but not uncommon.
