FEBRUARY MARKET UPDATE 2020

According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board the average selling price for a resale property in Oakville in February 2020 was $1,334,026 compared to $1,030,288 in February 2019, an increase of 29.48%.  The median selling price was $1,100,000 compared to $888,500 last year. The number of residential sales for the month was 187 compared to 106 last year, which is an increase of 76.42%.  The average days on market was 40.
