According to figures released by The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB) in Oakville, the average sale price for a detached house in May 2021 was $1,817,449, up from $1,432,827 in 2020. The average sale price for a townhouse/condo was $1,011,177, up 21.7% from $831,183 in 2020.
